The days filled with sunshine and light are getting shorter and shorter and the trees are gradually loosing their last leaves…Vienna seems to get more and more calm the closer we come to December and with all the leaves on the ground and it’s empty streets, Vienna seemed really adorable in the last view weeks. I am honestly more a summer kind of person but I actually have to say that I just love the very special vibes in autumn time here in Vienna.
On the 2 photos above, you can see my 2 favorite places around autumn time in Vienna:
- Franziskanerplatz, 1010 Vienna/ Austria: The beautiful square is surrounded by beautiful houses which were built in the 17th and 18th: The beautiful church, the cute fountain as well as the famous ” Kleines Cafe” create a very special ambiance which kind of reminds me of Montmartre in Paris :)
- The dreamy backyard on the 2nd photo is situated on “Weihburggasse”, which is located in the first district as well: The whole backyard is covered in leaves because of a very special tree that grows up the buildings facade very fast and covers it : I met the owner of this house and he told me that an old lady planted a cute little tree 30 years ago: Well 30 years later the whole building is covered by trees and leaves just because of a little cute tree – isn’t that incredible ?!
